Business Formation & Services
Get the financial foundation right from the start.
The earliest decisions in a business — how it’s structured, how the books are set up, how the owner gets paid — are the hardest to undo later. Getting them right at the start saves real time and money.
We help new and changing businesses make those decisions with the tax and accounting implications in view, and coordinate with your attorney where legal documents are involved.

Common questions
Can you help new businesses?
Yes. Helping a business start with the right structure and clean accounting is some of the most valuable work a CPA can do.
Should my new business be an LLC or an S corporation?
It depends on expected profit, how you’ll pay yourself, the state you’re in, and your plans for the business. Many businesses start as an LLC and elect S corporation status later. We’ll help you evaluate the timing.
Do you file formation documents?
We focus on the tax and accounting side and coordinate with your attorney for legal documents such as operating agreements.
